The Aspen Family and Community Network Society is seeking a Housing Coach in Calgary, AB.


An opportunity for a Housing Coach within the Home Stay Prevention Program. The Housing Coach is responsible for providing community education related to homelessness prevention strategies and supporting families in precarious housing to understand their rights and options. The families may be losing housing due to rental/utility arrears, may require re-housing support and/or landlord advocacy to achieve stability in housing. The program works closely with community resources to connect families and support them in housing location, case management, systems navigation that increases capacity and sustainability. The program is guided by the framework and goals set out in Calgary’s 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness.
