Safe Harbour Society is seeking a Coordinated Entry Specialist in Red Deer, AB.

Safe Harbour Society has a Full Time Coordinated Entry Specialist opportunity for a person of First Nations or Aboriginal Descendancy as outlined in our funding contract. Under the direction of the Program Manager, Coordinated Entry will be the first point of contact for all Red Deer’s homeless and vulnerable population. Coordinated Entry is a single place or process for individual’s experiencing homelessness to access housing and support services. The goal of this system-wide program is to meet the needs of the most vulnerable and highest acuity first (triaging) while ensuring all individuals and families who come into contact with the homelessness system are assessed and provided with appropriate supports to exit homelessness. Collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing among community stakeholders are essential in order for a coordinated entry system to be successful.
