Are you a skilled human service professional with a desire to make a difference and contribute to ending homelessness in Edmonton? A supervisor and team leader experienced in mentoring and coaching your team? Do you enjoy developing your team’s competence and fostering a high quality of service? Do you have a passion to help women end their experience of homelessness? You will develop staff capacity to implement housing-focused and empowerment-based practices at WEAC, including the development and implementation of program processes. You will provide leadership in a manner that increases the potential and capacity of individual employees, work teams, program operations and the physical and cultural environment at WEAC.
